Dr Alex Moore is the strategic force behind Moore Quality Management, serving as Managing Partner and Principal Consultant. A distinguished business strategist and seasoned project leader, he brings a rare combination of intellectual rigor, executive experience, and ethical leadership to every engagement.

With a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology, Dr. Moore has cultivated a deep understanding of organizational behavior, leadership dynamics, and performance optimization. He further honed his business acumen through post-doctoral training at the prestigious Rive-Reine Business School in Vevey, Switzerland, and the Leadership Training Institute in Columbus, Ohio--experiences that shaped his global perspective and sharpened his executive edge.

Over the course of his illustrious career, Dr. Moore has held senior leadership roles including SVP and VP in the consumer goods, banking, and retail sectors, as well as CEO and COO positions within the banking industry. His consulting pedigree includes tenure as Senior and Managing Consultant for several Big Five firms, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on strategic transformation, operational excellence, and leadership development.
